We are a team of passionate and experienced guides, personal growth experts and operations managers with decades of experience in (re)establishing our fundamental connection with nature.
We work with a global network of partner coaches, educational institutions and organisations that help us facilitate programmes that foster powerful change. Through partnerships with leading conservation organisations, we are fortunate to have access to some of the most pristine wild places in Africa. We contribute directly to both the wilderness areas in which we operate and the communities that live on the periphery of these areas.

Alan McSmith (Wilderness Facilitator)
Alan has lived and learned as a professional wilderness guide and tracker for over 30 years. His ‘office’ includes southern Africa’s most secluded wild-lands, from the Kalahari to the Okavango and Zambezi Rivers, and beyond. The ecology of sustainable leadership. He has led many executive and personal leadership trails and has traveled extensively, from European boardrooms to remote desert campfires, advocating the value of conservation and the rediscovery of our own wild natures. He was invited to speak at the 2011 TEDx Amsterdam event. Alan is married to Sarah and they live in Hoedspruit, South Africa with their two children, Jake and Meg.
